2. Medical Services Disclaimer

Physician-Patient Relationship

Our services involve telemedicine consultations with licensed physicians. By using our services:

• You consent to receive healthcare services via telemedicine
• You understand that a physician will review your medical information before prescribing any medication
• You agree to provide complete and accurate medical history
• You understand that not all patients qualify for GLP-1 medications

Compounded Medications

Our programs may include compounded medications prepared by licensed 503(a) pharmacies. You understand that:

• Compounded medications contain the same active ingredients (semaglutide, tirzepatide) found in brand-name medications that have received FDA approval
• Compounded medications themselves are not FDA-approved products
• Compounded medications are prepared according to a physician's prescription
• You should report any adverse reactions immediately

No Guaranteed Results

Individual results vary. Weight loss depends on many factors including starting weight, adherence to the program, lifestyle factors, and individual response to medication. We do not guarantee any specific weight loss results.

3. Payment Terms

Pricing

• All prices are listed in U.S. dollars
• Prices are subject to change without notice
• Current pricing will be confirmed before payment

Payment Methods

We accept:

• Major credit and debit cards
• HSA and FSA cards
• Financing through Klarna and Affirm (subject to approval)

Refund Policy

• Before Medication Ships: Full refund available minus any consultation fees
• After Medication Ships: No refunds on prescription medications due to safety regulations
• Medical Disqualification: If our physician determines you are not a candidate, you will receive a full refund

4. User Responsibilities

By using our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete health information
• Disclose all medications, supplements, and health conditions
• Follow medication instructions as prescribed
• Attend scheduled consultations and check-ins
• Report adverse reactions promptly
• Not share medications with others
• Store medications properly as directed

5. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Nueva Figura, LLC and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not:

9. Dispute Resolution

Binding Arbitration

Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) in accordance with its Commercial Arbitration Rules. The arbitration shall take place in Orange County, California.

Class Action Waiver

You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted on an individual basis and not as a class action, collective action, or representative action.

Exceptions

Either party may seek injunctive relief in court for intellectual property infringement or unauthorized access to services.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to our services at any time, without prior notice, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination:

• Your right to use our services ceases immediately
• We may delete your account and associated data (subject to legal retention requirements)
• Provisions that by their nature should survive termination shall survive
